Job summary

Haydon in Phoenix is seeking an Environmental Manager to ensure compliance with air quality, waste, SWPPP, clean water, and pollution regulations across construction sites. You will work with project teams to implement environmental solutions and conduct regular site audits.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years of related experience, plus strong knowledge of ADEQ/EPA regulations and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Self-starting and disciplined with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit job sites to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Visit active sites to assess work conditions against environmental policies.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement solutions for environmental issues.
• Conduct routine environmental audits as due.
• Maintain SWPPP documentation and binders.
• Serve as primary contact with environmental agencies.
