Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving project issues with TDOT construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee field and laboratory testing of materials (soil, asphalt, concrete, aggregates) per specs.
• Maintain daily project records, inspections, test results, and documentation for quality compliance.
• Support QA efforts by producing data, reports, and drawings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Stay current on construction methods and contract requirements, including safety and signage practices.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely, including routine maintenance and testing devices.
