The role emphasizes ownership of projects, client and contractor partnerships, and collaboration across geotechnical, civil, and construction teams. Hybrid work schedule with office presence 2-3 days per week.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in construction services or civil/geotechnical engineering, with leadership experience and a PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction services, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or related field.
• Resident engineering or heavy civil construction experience required.
• 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships.
• P.E. license preferred (optional).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
