LVI Associates seeks a Construction Engineering Manager to lead delivery for Seattle-based projects within the Pacific Northwest. The role emphasizes ownership of projects, client and contractor partnerships, and collaboration across geotechnical, civil, and construction teams. Hybrid work schedule with office presence 2-3 days per week.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in construction services or civil/geotechnical engineering, with leadership experience and a PE license preferred.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in construction services, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or related field.
  • Resident engineering or heavy civil construction experience required.
  • 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships.
  • P.E. license preferred (optional).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

An employee-owned engineering consulting firm is seeking a Construction Engineering Manager to join its growing Seattle team. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a construction and engineering professional looking to take ownership of projects, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Rather than focusing solely on technical execution, this role will play a key part in overseeing project delivery, partnering with clients and contractors, supporting staff development, and coordinating closely with geotechnical and civil engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
