The role provides leadership to Project Managers and field teams, focusing on process optimization, risk management, client relations, and regional growth, with emphasis on mentorship and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in commercial construction with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Missouri construction projects.
• Lead and direct Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Align regional operations with company goals, standards, and initiatives.
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance on projects.
• Mentor and develop project teams to foster leadership and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Drive process improvements, ensure compliance and documentation standards.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Finance for accurate planning and forecasting.
