Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 18 months of experience in Project Management or Estimating.
• Experience with drawings, specifications, and blueprint plans.
• 18 months of experience in the building/construction industry and business practices.
• CAD and Revit experience.
• Cost estimation and take-off experience.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and other take-off software.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential jobs and customers, build relationships, and close bid work.
• Coordinate with general contracting teams, end users, and institutions to win projects.
• Review specifications to inform market conditions and installation means.
• Prepare submittals and shop drawings for owner/architect approval.
• Conduct site visits to supervise work and guide field personnel.
