Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
2+ years of construction or office engineer experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with inspectors for field reviews and data collection.
Collect and manage data for engineering estimates and take-offs.
Prepare project data for schedules and budgets; monitor progress.
Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.
Review contractor invoicing and input into the client system.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
