Job summary

Randstad is seeking Construction Engineers (Office) in Conesville, OH. The role focuses on onsite trade management, coordinating materials from design to final installation, and validating payments for trade contractors.

You will mentor junior associates, uphold integrity, and collaborate across teams. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field with 2–3+ years in commercial construction is required; relocation is available and BIM exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with up to 3+ years in commercial construction.
• Effective communication, time management, and computer skills are essential.
• Willing to relocate and thrive in a collaborative environment; relocation available.
• Exposure to BIM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials from design to final installation.
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
• Manage costs and resolve issues such as change orders and RFIs.
• Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to younger associates on the project.
• Working weekends.
