Kapur & Associates in Burlington, WI, is seeking a Construction Engineer to join our Burlington office and help lead transportation construction projects. This role offers growth opportunities as we expand and you’ll work with a team dedicated to excellence.

You will conduct field inspections, oversee construction activities, perform materials testing, and maintain documentation while coordinating with municipalities and project teams to ensure progress and quality.

Competenze

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent relevant construction experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong knowledge of roadway and utility construction projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead and communicate effectively with project teams
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience with CAD or plan preparation for civil infrastructure projects is beneficial
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
