Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of two summers of field construction inspection experience with WisDOT, Illinois Tollway, IDOT, or another government agency.
• Strong knowledge of roadway and bridge construction projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead and communicate with project teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with CAD or plan preparation for civil infrastructure projects is beneficial.

Summary

Kapur is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Appleton office as a Construction Engineer. In this role, you will work on WisDOT or other local agency roadway and bridge construction projects. This position has strong opportunities for growth and advancement as we continue to expand our transportation engineering business line in Wisconsin.
