Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated construction experience on multidisciplinary projects.
• Fundamental understanding of contracts and familiarity with codes and laws governing construction.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate daily records of contractor activities.
• Review construction materials for contract compliance.
• Track quantities and develop pay estimates for acceptance.
• Attend construction progress meetings.
• Conduct observations of equipment installation and acceptance testing.
• Identify nonconforming work and develop project punchlists.
