The role involves close collaboration with project managers, supervisors, and field teams to ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company safety policies. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, supporting hazard assessments, and maintaining safety records and certifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and safety risks.
• Work with project managers and field teams to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Assist with Pre-Task Plans, hazard assessments, and safety procedures.
• Monitor safety compliance and stop unsafe work when necessary.
