Job summary

SAVI EHS is actively seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to support a large-scale construction project in Berwick, Pennsylvania. This individual will work closely with the Construction Manager and project leadership team to oversee site-wide safety compliance and promote a proactive safety culture across all trade partners.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction EHS experience, OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification, and strong leadership with the

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction EHS
• Data center or large-scale construction experience preferred
• OSHA 500/510 certification required
• CHST/ST S-C or CSP preferred
• Strong leadership and field safety management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS compliance across the project site
• Conduct daily EHS inspections and audits
• Deliver site orientations and safety training
• Support crane activities and other high-risk operations
• Review DHAs, JHAs, and pre-task planning
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions
• Promote proactive safety culture with subs and trades
• Develop and implement EHS plans and site safety initiatives
• Identify field hazards and coordinate corrective actions
