Alston Construction is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee the safety program for Mesa-area projects. You will train staff, ensure OSHA compliance, and promote a strong safety culture while protecting the company’s interests and client relationships.

Responsibilities include leading safety trainings, performing site inspections, managing JHAs, and coordinating with project teams to implement corrective actions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; OSHA 500 preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required or preferred.
• CSP/CHST or similar safety certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction safety management with a general contractor.

Responsabilités

• Promote and uphold Alston Construction’s safety culture across sites.
• Implement and enforce safety policies compliant with OSHA and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate and conduct safety trainings and site orientations.
• Lead job hazard analyses and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Track safety metrics and run weekly safety meetings.
