Job summary

LendingOne, LLC is seeking a Construction Loan Administration Associate in Boca Raton, FL. You will manage post-closing administration for residential construction loans, focusing on borrower onboarding, draw management, risk oversight, and client experience.

Ideal candidates have banking, construction lending, or real estate finance experience, and understand ground-up custom homes, luxury infill, and subdivision builder projects. This is a full-time onsite role in Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction lending administration, residential construction finance, banking operations related to construction loans, builder finance, or real estate lending.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, budgets, inspections, and draw administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end draws for new construction loans following loan closing.
• Onboard borrowers and train them on the draw management platform (Trustpoint).
• Serve as primary point of contact for builders and borrowers regarding draw activity.
• Review draw requests for accuracy and compliance with loan terms and budgets.
• Coordinate inspections, liens, title updates, and due diligence before funding.
