You’ll coordinate inspections, lien waivers, sworn statements, and documentation while communicating with builders, borrowers, lenders, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, service, and relationship-building, with exposure to a growing title insurance practice.

Qualifications

• Requires detail-oriented approach and accuracy across multiple files.
• Experience in title insurance or related real estate/construction industry preferred.
• Ability to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License and notary within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process construction draw requests per lender and title requirements.
• Coordinate inspection results, lien waivers, sworn statements, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with builders, borrowers, lenders, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
• Track draw status, approvals, and disbursements using internal systems.
• Identify and resolve documentation gaps or discrepancies proactively.
• Maintain organized, accurate files to ensure compliance.
• Support timely funding while safeguarding against risk and errors.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Assist colleagues and customers with creative solutions.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
