Pay: $40 - $55 hourly

We are seeking an experienced architect proficient in stick-built construction and permit sets for high-end residential new builds and renovations on Long Island, NY, and the NY Tri-State area.

Our team of 5 has worked together for many years, with a 25-year history and a growing project list. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-end renovations, working through all design phases, and be capable of independently completing full sets of residential construction documents.

This position is fully remote with flexible working days.

The role requires extensive experience in creating permit sets and detailed, accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD for 2D work only. Please apply only if you meet these criteria.
