GPD is currently seeking an Architectural Designer for our Atlanta, GA office location.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Architectural Designer with 5+ years’ experience in the field of commercial architecture with a focus on multi-site, retail or restaurant projects.
• Experienced in developing construction documents and specifications in the fast paced multi-site industry.
• Bachelors degree in Architecture required.
• Revit/BIM experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a customer service focus.
• Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task between projects and priorities at one time.
  
  

Responsibilities Will Include

• Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building design including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects.
• Meeting and communicating with project managers daily/weekly.
• Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow-up.
• Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
• Project Administration.
