Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a Document Controller for the Haworth Water Treatment Plant project to manage the full document lifecycle using Procore. This onsite role requires meticulous organization, governance, and strong collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in document control on large EPC or capital projects and proficiency with Procore, SharePoint, and related tools, plus MS Office. A 401(k) plan, paid time off, and potential bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller on large EPC or capital projects.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Procore using Documents, Drawings, RFIs and Submittals.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enforce, and improve document control processes and standards.
• Establish naming conventions and metadata for project documents.
• Maintain centralized DMS, primarily Procore, and manage access controls.
• Oversee full document lifecycle from receipt to archiving and distribution.
• Coordinate document reviews with stakeholders and track revisions.
• Provide training and support on document control processes.
