Job summary

Blue Ribbon Exteriors & Construction seeks a Construction Division Manager to build and lead our residential and commercial division in Westminster, CO. You will shape processes, recruit and guide PMs/Superintendents, and drive profitable project delivery across both sectors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong commercial experience, and a track record of profitable projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive construction management or operations experience.
Strong commercial construction experience.
Residential construction, remodeling, or custom home experience is highly valued.
Track record of delivering profitable projects.
Experience with estimating, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and job costing.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project execution.
Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
Colorado relationships are a strong advantage.
Experience hiring, mentoring, or building construction teams.
Experience creating or improving processes and standard operating procedures.
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
Business development or sales experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

Help build the residential and commercial division and recruit/lead project managers and field staff.
Establish clear processes, SOPs, and accountability systems.
Identify staffing, operational, and process needs to support growth.
Work with owner on division strategy and priorities.
Oversee projects from preconstruction through completion; support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and job costing.
Monitor financial performance, margins, and forecasts; coordinate teams and stakeholders.
Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and industry partners; pursue growth opportunities.
