Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals and budgets.
• Develop scopes, estimates, proposals, and project plans.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners, business owners, architects, designers, and trade partners.
• Support business growth through outstanding client service and repeat business.
• Prepare and review estimates using Buildertrend.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and value engineering recommendations.
• Participate in design and preconstruction meetings.
• Oversee projects from planning through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, change orders, and project closeout.
• Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
