Job summary

Blue Ribbon Exteriors & Construction in Westminster, CO, is seeking an experienced Construction Division Manager to help build and lead a growing residential and commercial division.

You will report to the owner, establish systems, recruit and lead project managers and field teams, manage preconstruction through completion, and drive profitable project delivery while growing the operation and client network in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive construction management or operations experience.
• Strong commercial construction experience.
• Residential construction, remodeling, or custom home experience is highly valued.
• A track record of delivering profitable projects.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and job costing.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project execution.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Established industry or subcontractor relationships in Colorado are a strong advantage.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, or building construction teams.
• Experience creating or improving processes and standard operating procedures.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Business development or sales experience is a plus.
• The ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Grow the Division: help build and develop the residential and commercial construction division; recruit, onboard, and lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and other construction team members; establish clear processes and accountability systems; identify staffing and process needs to support growth; work with owner on division strategy.
