Job summary

Matrix Adhesives in the United States is seeking a Distributor Technical Sales Representative – Building & Construction to drive profitable territory growth by building distributor partnerships and proactively generating end-user demand. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success in technical, industrial, construction-product, or distribution-channel sales; adhesives/sealants markets preferred.
• Proven ability to develop end-user demand and drive sales through distributors.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned territory revenue, gross margin, new business development, and forecast performance.
• Develop distributor partnerships and growth plans to increase sell-through and product adoption.
• Identify and convert opportunities, engage end users, and coordinate with internal teams on launches.
• Ensure pricing, terms, and CRM data comply with guidelines; maintain accurate forecast.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, customer service, finance, and operations to meet customer needs.
