You will expand product adoption, maintain a robust pipeline, and coordinate with Technical Service, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure execution.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, territory planning, opportunity qualification, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to learn technical product applications and collaborate with technical resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned territory revenue, gross margin, and forecast against objectives.
• Develop distributor partnerships and expand product adoption across Building & Construction lines.
• Identify end-user opportunities, conduct product presentations, and coordinate technical support.
