Job summary

Four Corners Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a qualified dispatcher in Farmington, NM to schedule and dispatch material orders. You will handle customer calls, dispatch trucks, and coordinate deliveries to job sites with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires basic knowledge of the construction industry and strong customer service skills. A high school diploma and 2 years’ dispatch experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of the concrete and construction industry preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in order taking and concrete dispatch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive telephone orders from customers.
• Dispatch truck fleet according to customer’s demands.
• Ensure timely and accurate material delivery to the assigned job site.
• Maintain communication with current and future customers.
• Maintain dispatch facilities and keep equipment in good working order.
