Job summary

Four Corners Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative in Farmington, NM to schedule and dispatch material orders, and to handle customer calls with strong relations in the construction industry.

The role requires basic knowledge of the construction sector, a focus on safety, and coordination with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of the concrete and construction industry preferred.
• Two years’ experience in order taking and concrete dispatch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive telephone orders from customers.
• Dispatch truck fleet according to customer’s demands.
• Ensure timely and accurate material delivery to the assigned job site.
• Maintain communication with current and future customers.
• Maintain dispatch facilities and keep equipment in good working order.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA safety regulations.
