Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and no experience is required, as training will be provided. You must be 18 or older, pass pre-employment checks, and commit to safety policies and teamwork on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe procedures.
• Assist crew with duties such as shoveling, raking, and moving materials.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment and material movement.
• Follow Foreman's daily tasks and expectations for each project.
• May operate small power tools as needed.
