Job summary

Clayco, a leading real estate development and construction firm, seeks a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and guide Talent Management Recruiting practices. This on-site role collaborates with enterprise leaders to attract top industry professionals and move candidates through every stage of hiring.

You will schedule interviews, manage the database and job boards, draft descriptions, review resumes, conduct references, write offers, coordinate travel, and assist with onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with job boards, applicant tracking systems, and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Manage job boards and create posting descriptions.
• Review resumes and conduct reference checks.
• Write offer letters and coordinate onboarding.
• Travel to events and college fairs as needed.
