Qualifications

• 6 years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proven history of proactive recruiting
• Ability to cold call passive industry professionals
• Fast-paced, adaptable work style
• Strong multi-tasking and organization
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across the enterprise
