Secretariat is seeking a motivated student to join the Construction Delay Team in Atlanta. You will learn how schedules are built, updated, and analyzed to uncover delays, working with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project on real project data.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and schedulers, contributing to reports and client deliverables while developing core consulting skills in a fast-paced environment. This internship emphasizes growth, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in engineering, construction management, building construction, architecture, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience in construction project management or scheduling is helpful but not required.
• Comfort with MS Office; willingness to learn scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn how major construction project schedules are built and analyzed to identify delays.
• Use Primavera P6 and MS Project to explore timelines.
• Review schedules, drawings, progress reports, emails, and records to piece together facts.
• Analyze large data sets to spot trends affecting project performance.
• Turn research into clear expert reports and client deliverables.
