Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in data science, statistics, CS, or engineering.
• Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools; programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving; interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with construction management software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Certification in data analysis or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis between data sets to recognize differences and validation.
• Support for Power BI models to enable KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to issue POs and PO changes.
• Liaison between Senior Cost Managers and Finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices.
• Create and maintain cash flow dashboards.
• Compile and maintain data for project buyout analytics.
• Maintain weekly updates for minor project budgets.
• Compile and maintain market data on construction material costs for buyout evaluations.
