Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a data analyst to transform project data into actionable insights. You will analyze data sets, support Power BI KPI models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to issue Purchase Orders and changes.

You will liaison with Senior Cost Managers and Finance, create cash flow dashboards, and maintain market data for buyout evaluations, budgets and project cost analytics. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in construction or engineering.

Job Description

• Data Analysis between data sets to recognize differences and validation.

Key Attributes

• Strong and proven capability using excel to analyze large data sets.
• Experience with Power BI and other modeling software platforms.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical, creative thinking, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computers including the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Power BI.
• Works well in a team environment and independently, gives and receives clear expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Expertise in using professional data analysis and visualization tools, along with proficiency in programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with construction management software and systems.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Certification in data analysis or related fields.
