Job summary

SRG Stairs, part of SRG Ventures, seeks a full-time Office Support Specialist (CSR) to join the Stairs Team in Houston. The role centers on building customer relationships, processing orders, and supporting sales with professional communication and reliable service.

The CSR will manage supplier relationships, onboard subcontractors, and ensure compliance with schedules and company policies while delivering high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced residential market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years working in a similar capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screen (post-employment offer).

Responsibilities

• Manage and build relationships with existing customers and subcontractors.
• Screen and onboard new subcontractors and manage the subcontractor base.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and installer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate and schedule job installations and organize workflow to meet deadlines.
• Support sales through service, education, and effective problem solving.
