Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel).
• Experience with order entry and coordinating with multiple departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales in assigned territory and serve as the point of contact with customers.
• Read, understand, interpret, and explain documents such as sales processes and product specifications.
• Investigate and resolve customer requests by managing expectations in the best interest of the business.
• Verify and process customer orders including status, payment method, production date and shipping.
• Develop proficiency in company order entry system and other software used daily.
