Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to process orders and respond to inquiries.
• Accurately enter orders into the system for both standard and configured items.
• Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and billing issues professionally and timely.
• Identify and resolve order errors proactively to prevent delays.
