Job summary

Convoy Supply Inc is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in the United States. You will handle orders, quotes, and returns, coordinate with operations for delivery or pickup, and advise customers on product options.

This role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. The position requires experience assisting customers with procurement in construction materials, excellent English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers with product procurement in building supply or construction.
• Strong problem solving and quick, accurate response to inquiries.
• Excellent decision making and initiative.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Team player and respectful in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and/or returns
• Coordinate delivery and/or pick up of customer orders with the operations team
• Educate customers on different products and their applications
• Generate, place, and confirm purchase orders with suppliers
• Receive payment for merchandise or services sold and log sales into the computer; responsible for payments received and adhering all administrative and accounting related procedures
• Participate in the physical inventory of warehouse materials
