Olshan Foundation Repair is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join the team in Mississippi. You will lead a crew of 4-6 employees, delegate tasks, train team members, and ensure safety on site while delivering foundation repair work to company and industry standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction, customer service skills, and the ability to work outdoors on uneven terrain.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction.
• Customer service orientation.
• Comfortable lifting and physical work.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety.
• Ensure foundation repair work is performed to company/industry standards.
• Manage jobsite progress: examine and inspect progress.
• Safely operate company equipment and maintain a clean, safe site.
