Olshan Foundation Solutions in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Foundation Repair Laborer to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves outdoor work, excavation, shoring, and backfilling, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will load and unload materials, operate site tools, maintain clean work areas, and represent the company professionally. We offer health insurance after the introductory period, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive, family-friendly environment.

Formación

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10+ hours daily.
• Physically demanding work including bending, stooping, digging, and lifting.
• Prior foundation repair or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
