Job Summary

This position involves physical labor in erosion control, including installing silt fences, inlet protections, slope matting, and other related tasks on residential and commercial sites. You will work under the supervision of the Crew Leader, utilizing vehicles, hand tools, and equipment. Experienced individuals may qualify for Crew Leader roles, especially those with clean driving records.

Responsibilities

• Discuss daily work plans with the Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist in loading trucks with materials.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and homeowners.
• Complete erosion control tasks to Greenrise standards.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
• Install erosion control products per instructions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Meet daily and weekly installation goals.
• Maintain and inspect tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Report incidents or concerns through proper channels.
