Job Description: Crew Member at Burger King

Carrols owns and operates more than 1,000 Burger King Restaurants, and we need great people on our team! As a Team Member, you will become an important member of a fast-paced team that serves up the best burgers around and has a great time doing it! At Burger King, you are not only making food but also making friends that work together to help customers have it their way.

What Does a TEAM MEMBER do?

1. Serve our sizzling burgers to hungry customers.
2. Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and manage payments operating a cash register.
3. Keep restrooms, dining area, and kitchen clean to meet safety and health standards.

Our stores get busy! Our Team Members need to work as a team in a fast-paced environment to keep our guests happy. Your responsibilities include packaging food and drinks and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

To ensure customer satisfaction, you may also need to answer questions or resolve issues occasionally.

Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team.

Physical Demands

• Remaining on your feet for several hours.
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing.
• Ability to communicate and read.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching.
