CREW MEMBERS & CREW LEADERS

Elite Steel Builders is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our growing team!

We are seeking skilled laborers with a construction background, as well as individuals with the aptitude and desire to become Crew Leaders. We are willing to train the right person!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Construction experience preferred, but we will train the right person
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Strong, physically fit, and able to perform demanding work
• Able to stand and work on your feet 8–10 hours per day
• Comfortable working at heights and going up and down ladders
• Able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Willing and able to work out of town approximately 75% of the year, home on the weekends
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to be part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check
