Consolidated Construction Co., Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a Steel Tradesperson to join our field team. You’ll install structural steel, work with miscellaneous metals, and read blueprints to help turn a customer’s vision into reality.

No experience? We train the right people. This is an outdoor, physically active role requiring lifting 50–100 lbs, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience is a bonus, not a requirement—we’ll train the right people.
• You must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You can’t be afraid of heights—some of the best views come from the top!
• This is a physically active role: expect to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs regularly.
• You’ll work in a team-focused environment where safety and quality come first.
