Home Shield Foundation Repair in Cottleville, MO is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee crews on residential projects, including foundation repair, waterproofing, and crawl space work.

You will lead field crews, plan daily tasks, read plans, ensure safety and quality, and represent the company on site. The role offers specialized training, steady year‑round work, and real opportunities for advancement with a trusted St. Louis‑based company.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience supervising a construction crew.
• Strong general construction knowledge and hands-on skills.
• Ability to read plans and interpret job specs.
• Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, professional, and able to lead by example.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all seasons.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a strong plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Crew Members on residential job sites from start to finish
• Plan the day’s work, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Oversee foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete lifting, piering, and crawl space installations
• Read and interpret job plans, scopes, and specs, and ensure work meets our quality standards
• Train, mentor, and hold crew accountable for safety, productivity, and workmanship
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment and keep sites clean and organized
• Serve as the on-site point of contact and represent Home Shield professionally to every homeowner
• Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the office and management
