Job summary

Easterseals Redwood is seeking a Crew Supervisor to lead a rotating team of training participants in deconstruction and salvage projects in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will supervise daily work, ensure safety, and mentor participants to meet program requirements while coordinating with managers on planning and execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of construction or demolition experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew of training participants by example in safety, work ethic, attitude, quality and professionalism.
• Develop & maintain good public relations with on-site customers/clients.
• Ensure a safe work environment and proper use of PPE.
• Train crew participants on tools, proper tool usage, and building/deconstruction techniques.
• Mentor, train, coach, and provide daily/weekly feedback to participants.
• Transport crews, tools, and materials to/from job sites.
• Operate heavy equipment when needed.
