Job summary

Demolition Magicians LLC in Central Kentucky is seeking a Selective Demolition Crew Lead to guide on-site teams, uphold safety standards, and ensure projects run on schedule.

You will lead a crew of 2–10, read drawings, manage daily briefs, and coordinate with project managers and clients. The role offers growth into project management and a path within a fast-growing, system-driven demolition company. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction or demolition experience.
• 1+ year leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of selective demolition methods.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment (preferred).
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs and working in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a demolition crew on residential and commercial job sites.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for project managers and clients.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Enforce company systems and safety procedures.
