Green Shield Deck Builders in Michigan is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a three‑person team on residential deck projects. You’ll oversee framing, measuring, and assembly while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Reliable personal vehicle (required).
• Willingness and ability to travel to residential build sites daily (required) 150 mile radius.
• At least 3 years of experience in residential construction, landscaping, or general labor.
• At least 1 year of carpentry and framing experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday (with occasional overtime).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Green Shield Deck Builders is looking for experienced, high‑performing individuals ready to take the next step in their careers. This is a W-2 employee position (not 1099) with steady, year‑round work—no winter layoffs.
