Position:

Construction Crew Laborer in Tangent, Oregon

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Dig, spread, and level material using hand tools
2. Lift and carry tools and supplies
3. Follow all safety policies and procedures to prevent unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors
4. Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• General knowledge of all types of construction
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, and stand for long periods in all weather conditions
• Pass pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam, and drug screen
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Professional and courteous attitude towards team members and customers
• Preferred experience with GPS/Grade checking
