JLM Strategic Talent Partners in Culver City is seeking a Construction Certified Payroll Specialist to manage certified payroll reporting for subcontractors on heavy/civil construction projects. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or transportation, is organized, and communicates effectively within a team. The role offers competitive compensation of $28.00 - $38.00 per hour along with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and record weekly certified payroll reports for employees and subcontractors.
• Review and approve subcontractor documents including payroll and employment utilization reports.
• Onboard new subcontractors and assist with payroll submissions.
• Run monthly reports for labor hours tracking.
• Notify management of any reporting delays from subcontractors.
• Upload certified payroll to DIR website as required.
