Responsibilities

• Collect and record weekly certified payroll reports from home office.
• Review and approve subcontractor documents including certified payroll.
• Onboard new subcontractors and guide them through payroll processes.
• Run monthly reports and submit to management.
• Notify management of subcontractors significantly behind in reporting.
