Responsibilities

• Collecting and recording weekly certified payroll reports from subcontractors.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor documents including certified payroll.
• Onboarding new subcontractors and ensuring understanding of requirements.
• Running monthly reports and tracking labor hours.
• Notifying management of subcontractor reporting delays.
• Uploading JV certified payroll to DIR website if required.
