Job summary

A construction company is seeking a Job Costing Analyst to validate and reconcile job cost data within the OneCrew system. This role is essential for ensuring accurate project costing before billing and closeout, serving as a link between field operations, project management, and accounting. The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, have at least 2 years of experience in construction job costing, and be familiar with cost categories and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction job costing, project coordination, or construction accounting.
• Familiarity with construction cost categories (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, trucking).
• Strong understanding of construction documentation (tickets, change orders, invoices, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Track project activity and receive updates as field crews complete work in real time.
• Review all job actuals entered in the OneCrew system.
• Reconcile job cost data against supporting construction documentation.
• Identify missing costs, discrepancies, or misallocations.
• Ensure all committed and incurred costs are captured before job closeout.
• Provide formal sign-off that the job is fully and accurately costed.
• Support continuous improvement of job costing processes.
